Layout of Resume

Here's the first set of layouts for my resume, references, and cover letter. Playing with the positioning of the logo and information but need some advice.

Another critique needed. This is a magazine layout for the topic Anemia. I created the blood cells and with help from a few people was able to come up with a readable layout. See anything I could change? Comment. Thanks!

I need some comments on the development of my logo. What do you see when you first look at it? Color, shape, anything. Critique it to your best ability.

I'm going for more of a feminine, youthful, and fresh feeling. What do you think?
